KHS is a Windows 11 program designed to assist elders and ministerial servants who are Jehovah's Witnesses to create weekly meeting schedules for the congregation and more. It includes many beautiful reports for the Information Board, assignment reminders you can email to the friends, and a Theocratic Schedule report you can email to the entire congregation every week.
Thousands of brothers have used KHS since 2005 when we began distributing the program. Many of our users have told us they believe KHS is the best and easiest Theocratic scheduling program available. We regularly update KHS to keep pace with theocratic changes and user requests but we also endevor to carefully follow theocratic direction.
If brothers in your congregation are already using KHS, they can share their schedules and data with you by emailing you a Data Exchange file from the Import or Export screen. When you receive a Data Exchange file, save the attached file to your Desktop, open KHS, and you will be prompted to import the file. It's that simple!
If your congregation is using NWS but you would like to test KHS, you can export all congregation data from NWS and import it into the KHS demo. If you decide to use KHS side-by-side with NWS, you can simply upload your KHS schedules into NWS. Click the Knowledge Base menu option above or go to Import or Export in KHS and click the Knowledge Base link for instructions on how to exchange schedules and data between both programs. It's easy and only takes a minute.
Click Download KHS above to install the 60-day trial to see for yourself if KHS is good fit for your scheduling needs. If at the end of the trial you wish to continue using KHS, a modest donation of $12 or more annually is requested to register.

Circuit Overseers
KHS supports Circuit Assistant and Timothy, two software programs used by circuit overseers and substitute circuit overseers to gather and organize congregation information for their visits, events and schools. The secretary can email these files directly to the circuit overseer using his JWPUB account who will then import the data into each respective program saving them a lot of time.
Privacy and GDPR
KHS is GDPR compliant. Users living in the European Union can activate this feature from the Settings screen. Simply check "Privacy consent" on the Congregation screen for those who have provided written or verbal consent to post their names on the Information Board or reports sent by email.
Congregation Data is Secure
Personal congregation data is saved to a local database on your hard drive and is never stored online - see sfga par. 3 "sensitive or confidential information... should never be stored online"
Our users exchange schedules by emailing password protected and encrypted Data Exchange files. Users can save these files to their Desktop and use their JWPub account to email them to another user in the congregation. For added security, we scramble all personal and sensitive information so the data is unreadable. Exchanging data is quick, easy, and takes less than a minute.
Theocratic Schedule
Email the congregation a Theocratic Schedule for the week. No special app required, just an e-mail account. The friends will appreciate the weekly schedule and look forward to receiving it. On the Home screen click Email, it's that easy!
Throughout the week the friends will refer to the weekly Theocratic Schedule often and come to rely on it. You'll find that if you forget to email them a new schedule, they will remind you.
FSG and FSG Mobile
We offer a companion program/app to KHS called FSG for Service Group Overseers to enter monthly publisher reports electronially and then email a password protected and encrypted file to the secretary for import into KHS. This saves the secretary time and ensures accuracy of the reports.
FSG does not store sensitive or confidential data online but uses a local database to collect publisher reports.
